A woman of many passions, Diane was renowned for her exceptional cooking, particularly her delicious tortillas, which were loved by family and friends alike. Her spirit was vibrant, often expressed through her love for music and the exhilaration of driving fast. Diane possessed a remarkable ability to connect with people, engaging in conversation and making new friends wherever she went. Her generous heart led her to spoil her grandchildren, creating lasting memories filled with joy and laughter.

Diane was deeply devoted to her faith and her church, where she found strength and solace in her love for the Lord. Her legacy embodies kindness, generosity, and an open heart that welcomed all.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 47 years, Pete Garcia of Kermit, TX., Together, they built a family that included their children: Chris Garcia and his wife, Stacy Hudson of Kermit, TX., Deborah White and her husband, Paul of Kermit, TX., and Jacob Garcia and his wife, Lupe Serrano of Odessa, TX. Diane took immense joy in being a grandmother to Nathan Garcia, Baby Chris Garcia, Jay Garcia, Ethan White, Isaac White, Landon White and Crystal Garcia. She is also survived by her sister, Sally Garcia of San Antonio, TX., and father: Julian Donato of Kermit, TX.

She is preceded in death by her cherished mother, Neomi Donato, and her son, Daniel Garcia, whose memories continue to be a source of strength for the family.

Diane Martinez Garcia will be remembered for her warm spirit, love for family, and the indelible mark she left on the lives of those who knew her. She will be missed dearly by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate to have crossed her path

Visitation will be held Sunday, July 6, 2025, at 11:00AM followed by Worship at 4:00PM. Visitation will continue Monday, July 7, 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM. A prayer service will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 7:00 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM, followed by her burial at the Kermit Cemetery. All Services will take place at Iglesia Pentecostes La Hermosa 108 S. Main St. Kermit, Texas. The Pallbearers will include Chris Garcia, Jacob Garcia, Paul White, Mark Chacon, Juan Leyva, and Moises Leyva. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
