Con profundo pesar anunciamos el fallecimiento de Alejandro Alfonso Lima, un amado hijo, hermano y padre devoto, quien nos dejó trágicamente el 24 de marzo de 2026, a la tierna edad de 19 años. Nacido el 31 de mayo de 2006 en Southampton, NY, Alejandro trajo luz y risas a todos aquellos que conoció.
Orgulloso residente de Kermit, TX, Alejandro estaba forjando su camino en la vida como un prometedor electricista, con planes de graduarse en junio de 2026. Era conocido por su agudo ingenio y su carácter firme; si tenía algo en mente, se aseguraba de expresarlo. Sus amigos y familiares lo recordarán por su inquebrantable pasión por la vida y su vibrante personalidad.
A Alejandro le encantaba disfrutar de los placeres de la vida, ya fuera cenando en su asador favorito, montando su motocicleta de motocross o disfrutando de un tranquilo día de pesca. Sus intereses abarcaban desde emocionantes videojuegos hasta la diversión de ver películas de comedia, acción y anime, reflejando así su vibrante personalidad. Su espíritu aventurero lo llevó a realizar numerosos viajes, pues amaba explorar nuevos lugares. Poseía un excelente sentido del estilo que siempre incluía sus botas negras y su sombrero vaquero; siempre lucía impecable.
Lo más importante de todo es que Alejandro fue un padre devoto que atesoraba cada momento junto a su hijo. Ya fuera saliendo a caminar o visitando el parque, el tiempo que pasaban juntos estaba lleno de alegría y risas. Su hijo era todo su mundo, y el amor de Alejandro por él brillaba con más intensidad que cualquier otra cosa en su vida.
A Alejandro le sobreviven su hijo, Dylan Alejandro Lima, de Kermit, TX; sus padres, Mario Alfonso y Telma Lima, de Kermit, TX; su hermano, Mario Alexis Lima, de Kermit, TX; sus abuelos, Carmen Fuentez, y Filadelfo y Fermina Aragón, todos ellos de Guatemala; su novia, Abigail Martínez, de Kermit, TX; así como numerosos tíos, tías y primos.
Le precedió en la muerte su abuelo, José Pablo Lima.
Al celebrar la vida de Alejandro, llevemos adelante su espíritu de alegría, risas y amor inquebrantable por la familia. Se le extrañará profundamente, pero permanecerá para siempre en nuestros corazones.
El velorio se llevará a cabo el Miércoles, 1 de Abril de 2026, de 10:00AM-7:00PM, en la Funeraria Kermit; a continuación, se rezará un Rosario de 7:00PM-10:00PM. La Misa se celebrará el Jueves, 2 de Abril de 2026, a las 2:00PM, en la Iglesia Católica St. Joseph / St. Thomas, oficiada por el Padre Victorino Loresca. It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Alejandro Alfonso Lima, a beloved son, brother, and devoted father, who left us tragically on March 24, 2026, at the tender age of 19. Born on May 31, 2006, in Southampton, NY, Alejandro brought light and laughter to everyone he met.
A proud resident of Kermit, TX, Alejandro was carving out his life as a promising electrician set to graduate in June of 2026. He was known for his sharp wit and strong character - if he had something on his mind, he made sure to share it. Friends and family will remember him for his unwavering passion for life and his vibrant personality.
Alejandro loved to indulge in the pleasures of life, whether it was dining at his favorite steak house, riding his dirt bike, or enjoying a peaceful day of fishing. His interests ranged from exhilarating video games to the fun of watching comedy, action, and anime movies, showcasing his vibrant personality. His adventurous spirit took him on many travels as he loved to explore new places. He had a high-quality sense of style that always included his black boots and cowboy hat, he was always dressed his best.
Most importantly, Alejandro was a devoted father who cherished every moment with his son. Whether going for walks or visiting the park, their time together was filled with joy and laughter. His son was his whole world, and Alejandro's love for him shone brighter than anything else in his life.
Alejandro is survived by his son, Dylan Alejandro Lima of Kermit, TX, parents, Mario Alfonso and Telma Lima of Kermit, TX., brother, Mario Alexis Lima of Kermit, TX, grandparents, Carmen Fuentez and Filadelfo and Fermina Aragon all of Guatemala, girlfriend, Abigail Martinez of Kermit, TX, and numerous aunts uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Jose Pablo Lima.
As we celebrate Alejandro's life, let us carry forward his spirit of joy, laughter, and unwavering love for family. He will be deeply missed but will remain forever in our hearts
Visitation will be held from 10:00AM-7:00PM, Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Kermit Funeral Home with a Rosary to follow from 7:00PM-10:00PM. Mass will be held at 2:00PM, Thursday, April 2, 2026, at St. Joseph / St. Thomas Catholic Church with Father Victorino Loresca officiating.
